﹒➜ all orders are are final. strictly no cancellations once the order is confirmed. cancellations with valid reasons must settle 50% of the item.

﹒➜ can reserve an order up to 2 - 3 days unless stated. failure to pay within the deadline without valid reason will be considered joy reserving and may result in cancellation.

if a you insists for a refund, a full and unedited unboxing video is required — starting from the opening of the parcel, clearly showing the waybill, packaging, and the item/s inside.
